Very good condition... Exterior looks great, corners show only slight wear. Epi leather remains beautiful, highly durable and beautiful.
Interior is very clean. Front pocket under flap and then main compartment. Zippered pocket is open, zipper works, but pocket is tacky. Either keep zip closed or clean the pocket... many you tube videos on that.
Hardware looks good with the usual scuffing from wear, nothing major.
